It's not speaking to impress or manipulate another person. It's not a one-way street. Genuine dialogue is circular communication --- an honest expression of feelings tempered by reflective thought leading to conscientious action.

It means learning how to listen more than hear ... and express more than just speak. Above all, genuine dialogue leads to the kind of wisdom that follows constructive action.Without dialogue, there is no communication.
