- 3-digit code following credit card # on back of card (MasterCard and Visa only). The 3-digit number that appears after and to the right of your card number on the back of your card.

To receive a full refund of your purchase price, the item you ordered must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. You will be refunded the full price of your item purchases. 1. Repack the item in the original packing materials whenever possible.
2. Enclose packing slip and any other related correspondence in package.
3. Return via USPS (United States Postal Service) Media Mail. Ask for a Confirmation Tracking receipt and save the receipt for your records. If mailing from outside the United States, return via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Delivery. Save the package receipt for your records.
